PERFECT WEEK DAY 1...LIQUID DIET?.......START WEIGHT( 232.4)

SO TODAY I WALKED ON THE TREADMILL FOR 1 HOUR....(BURNED 945 CALORIES)






SINCE I AM ON MY JOURNEY TO NOT EATING MEAT, I STARTED USING MY OLD PROTIEN SHAKES AS MEAL REPLACEMENTS.
                                                                                                    


THEY ARE ONLY 100 CALORIES SO I HAVE 1 EVERYTIME I FEEL HUNGRY. (17 grams of protien...7 grams of carbs)





I ALSO  JUICE TOO. MY FAV IS CARROT JUICE AND MEAN GREEN!





IN STEAD OF EATING MY FRUITS I WILL BE MAKING SMOOTHIS OUT OF THEM USING GREEK  YOGURT AND EQUAL...(200-300 calories per smoothie)






1 WEEK OF THIS AND I WILL REALLY JUMPSTART MY WEIGHTLOSS...
