~TODAY I SOOOO CHEATED I HAD A PINT OF CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI .
I ONLY HAD THAT , AND IT LASTED FOR LUNCH AND DINNER...I WAS BUSY WORKING AND I DID NOT BRING ANY THING BUT APPLE AND AN ORANGE WITH ME AND I WAS STARVING......80(
BURNED 790 CALORIES.....

PERFECT WEEK DAY 1...LIQUID DIET?.......START WEIGHT( 232.4)
SO TODAY I WALKED ON THE TREADMILL FOR 1 HOUR....(BURNED 945 CALORIES)
SINCE I AM ON MY JOURNEY TO NOT EATING MEAT, I STARTED USING MY OLD PROTIEN SHAKES AS MEAL REPLACEMENTS.
THEY ARE ONLY 100 CALORIES SO I HAVE 1 EVERYTIME I FEEL HUNGRY. (17 grams of protien...7 grams of carbs)
I ALSO JUICE TOO. MY FAV IS CARROT JUICE AND MEAN GREEN!

AND I WILL BE TRYING DIFFERENT JUICES AND SMOOTHIES AND VEGETARIAN DISHES WHILE I TRANSITION.....(4 WEEKS)
THEN I WILL BE DOING A 30 DAY JUICE FAST....
THE JUICING WILL COMPLETE MY TRANSITION TO NO MEAT.......
I AM DETERMINED TO LIVE THIS LIFESTYLE.
