AUNT FLOW IS LEAVING , AND I FEEL ALOT BETTER....


I ATE REALLY GOOD YESTERDAY AND I DRANK ALOT OF WATER...


I ALSO DID 50 MINUTES ON THE TREADMILL......


COME ON 190!


TODAY WILL BE A GOOD DAY, BECAUSE I SAID IT WILL BE!

SO YESTERDAY I WALKED FOR AN HOUR ON MY TREADMILL.......


I DRANK 4 STRAWBERRY AND BANANA SMOOTHIES......


AND I DRANK TONS OF WATER!!!!!


I AM TRYING TO GET RID OF THIS WATER WEIGHT WITHOUT TAKING WATER PILLS....DRINKING AND AUNT FLOW CAN BE A BIOTCH......

VACATION FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF JULY

SO I JOINED A 7 DAY RAW JUMP START.......BUT THIS IS MY VACATION/ANNIVERSARY/CONVENTION/ OUTTA TOWN MONTH(LOL).......
I HAVE DECIDED TO JUST EAT MODERATELY AND TRY TO GET AS MANY WORKOUTS IN AS I CAN!
WORKING OUT AND MY VACATIONING IS EASY CAUSE MOST OF THE HOTELS THAT WE STAY AT HAVE A GYM!




(.....SOOOOOOOO... TRAVEL, TRAVEL, TRAVEL AND MORE PLANES......YIKES! I HATE PLANES......)



SO I WAS ABOUT 202 OR SO LAST WEEK AND I AM NOW AT 197! THAT'S WERE I WAS BEFORE I STARTED MY " BY ANY MEANS" WAY OF LOSING WEIGHT..I.E. WATER FASTING AND PRETTY MUCH STARVING MYSELF! I WAS INSANE......









I FIND THAT I LOSE MORE WEIGHT WHEN I K.I.S.S......YES WHEN I KEEP IT SIMPLE I DROP WEIGHT AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IT.......HERE ARE THE THINGS I DO WHEN I KISS!



1. I DON'T WEIGH MY SELF EVERY DAY.......
( unless u are 130 pounds 2-3 pounds wont make a big difference)


2. I DON'T WATCH WHAT I EAT, JUST HOW MUCH I EAT!
( i eat whatever i can afford, just not so much)


3. I TRY MY HARDEST TO DRINK WATER WHEN EVER I THINK I'M THIRSTY!
(i am not big on soda or juice so drinking water is fairly easy)


4. I WORKOUT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
( for me its best not to have a schedule i just work out when i can )






THAT'S IT AND SO FAR I HAVE DROPPED OVER 30 POUNDS BY DOING THIS ALONE!

IT FEELS AMAZING TO STEP ON THE SCALE AND SEE THAT YOU HAVE LOST 5-6 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS!



SO THAT'S WHAT I WILL CONTINUE TO DO.......LOVE YOU FOR READING ......
